MACON-Matthew Dean "Matt" Little, 25, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 7, 2016. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home in Perry. Interment will be in Perry Memorial Gardens immediately following the service. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2016, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. Matt lived most of his life in Macon. He worked as a chef at Barefoot Tavern, a local restaurant in Macon. He loved all kinds of music and spent a great deal of time playing his guitar, something he really enjoyed. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Barbara Clark, J.C. Hemphill, and Stella Sletto.Left to cherish the memories of Matt are his parents, Timothy Little (Nicole) of Gilbert, AZ, and Shirley Hemphill (Eugene Parker) of Lizella; his siblings, Ashley Little of Lizella and Sean Little of Gilbert, AZ; his niece, Scarlet Little of Gilbert, AZ; his paternal grandparents, Clarence and Katherine Little of Perry; his step-grandfather, Lenny Sletto; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.Condolences for the family may be left in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com.
