Mary Stapleton's Obituary
Age 85, a longtime resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016. She was preceded in death by siblings Jimmy, Corine, and Dolly Collins, parents Fordes Collins and Nettie Holifield, spouse Joe Stapleton, son Kenneth Earl, and grandson Robbie Woodham. She is survived by her children, Walter L. (Patricia) Sims Jr., David M. Sims, Linda Sims (Randy) Nobles, Theresa Pappas, Dorothy Thibealt, Pamela Stapleton (Joe Sr.) Hembree and Michael Stapleton, grandchildren, Karan Sims Chastain, Christie Cooper Stegner, Cathy Cooper, Cyndi Sims Sprinkle, Joseph Hembree Jr, Tiffany Woodham Davis, Kristy Clark, Todd Clark, and Lisa Clark Toscano and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends. Active Pallbearers are Joseph Hembree Jr., Brandon Dykes, Larry Chastain, Donivan Chastain, Daniel Chastain, and Todd Clark. Honorary Pallbearers are Randy Nobles, Joe Hembree Sr. Lee Davis, Richard Sprinkle, and JT Clark. Funeral service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 10 am with visitation from 9 am until service time. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
