Mary Luiza Hernandez's Obituary
Mary Hernandez, age 51, a native of Mobile, AL and a resident of Daphne, AL passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2015. She was the loving wife of Robert Hernandez and mother of her cherished son, Alexander. Mary was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Foster Wasserleben and son, Douglas Hernandez. She is survived by her father, Edward Wasserleben Sr., siblings, Edward Wasserleben Jr., Robert (Gina) Wasserleben, Carol (Willis) Cannon and Elizabeth (Anthony) Torricelli, mother-in-law Dorothy Hernandez, sisters-in-law Susan Krapf, Terry Cook, Natalie Terilli, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.Of the many social activities Mary was involved in, she mostly treasured those involving her son including being a cub scout leader. She was on her home owners association board and a member of Christ King Church in Fairhope, AL. Visitation will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Thursday, June 4th from 5 pm until 8 pm. On Friday June 5th, Christ King Church in Fairhope will have visitation from 10:00 am until11:30am with Catholic Mass at noon. Interment follows immediately after in Serenity Memorial Gardens in Theodore.In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations to help cover expenses.
