PERRY-Marlin Reider Kinsey passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016, just 2 weeks shy of his 92nd birthday. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, in Perry Memorial Gardens at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Gentiva Hospice, 319 Margie Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088.Mr. Kinsey was born in Middletown, Pennsylvania, to the late Samuel and Edith Reider Kinsey. He proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. Mr. Kinsey and his family moved to Middle Georgia 50 years ago when he began working as a Purchasing Agent with Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base. He retired after 38 years of service there. He was a member of Perry United Methodist Church, American Legion Post 24, and the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association. He was preceded in death by his infant sister, Jean Kinsey.Left to cherish the memories of Marlin are his loving wife of 62 years, Gloria Prescott Kinsey; his children, Dr. Gary Kinsey (Donna) of Commerce, and Linda McMullen of Perry; and his grandchildren, Rosemary Kinsey, Samantha Kinsey, Brandi McMullen, and Blake Cotton.
