she had such an amazing spirit. No matter how my day at work was going seeing her smiling face and hearing her jokes always made me forget about what I was going through. She is missed deeply. Especially on her Friday visits to Captain Ds.

Marie will be sadly missed. She and Doc were a team and worked daily as warriors for the Lord. They brought hope to those who felt they had no hope. I'll always remember the last time they spoke to the Georgia Asociation of Law Enforcement Chaplains during their annual training conference. Heaven is a little bit brighter today. Will be praying for the family and for Fred. Remember the bittersweet sadness and grief when mother and daddy died. Knowing she is in heaven rejoicing with her Savior helps with the pain of losing her but doesn't necessarily relieve the grief while it is fresh. Love prayers and hugs to out to the family.
