Margaret Swan Carpentier's Obituary
Margaret Swan Carpentier, age 88, a longtime resident of Theodore, AL passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015. She was a active member at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church and 2012 retired from the daycare at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic School. She was preceded in death by her first husband, John L. Swan Sr., parents, Joseph Cicero and Emma Cash, grandson, Matthew Swan, daughter-in-law, Kimberley Swan and siblings. She is survived by her husband, Reginald R. Carpentier, children, Marianne Dieterich, John (Karen) Swan Jr., Theresa (Chris) Perry, Joseph Swan, Jeffrey (Lisa) Swan, Jerome (Linda) Swan, 16 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brother, Arthur Cash, nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Thursday, March 5, 2015 from 5 pm until 8 pm with Rosary at 6:30 pm. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 11 am. Interment will be in Catholic Cemetery. Flowers are being accepted or memorial donations may be made in Margaret’s name to St. Vincents De Paul Society at St. Vincents De Paul Parish.
