LUCILLE CROSS's Obituary
Lucille Iveydale Vess Cross, 90, of Huntsville, AL, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024. Services will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Christ’s Sanctified Holy Church in Perry, GA. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12 Noon. The Funeral will begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Christ’s Sanctified Holy Church Campground Cemetery immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ’s Sanctified Holy Church in Mrs. Cross's name.
She is preceded by her parents, Farris and Dorothy Vess; and siblings, Farris Vess, Jr., Bobby Vess, and Goldie Pendegrast.
Mrs. Cross is survived by her husband of sixty-seven years, George Cross of Huntsville, AL; her children, Donna Jackson (Michael) of Huntsville, AL, and Derrell Cross (Miranda) of Monroe, GA; her granddaughter, Clara Duncan; and a great-great-nephew, Jason Gruvis.
