Louise Bradley, 91, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2014 in Perry. Entombment Services will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 23 at Forrest Lawn Cemetery in Pompano Beach, Florida. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Dr. Warner Robins, Georgia
Mrs. Bradley was born in Ashburn, Georgia and was the daughter of the late Luther and Vera Davis Stewart. She had lived in Perry for eight years moving from Ft. Lauderdale. Mrs. Bradley attended the University of Georgia where she was the president of Kappa Delta Sorority. At Georgia, she married Ben R. Bradley, Jr (who was a flight instructor at the Navy Base in Athens),and later moved to Ft. Lauderdale. With her husband, they started Bradley Aviation and Mrs. Bradley did solo flights.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Piper Steffen (Jimmy) and Ben R. Bradley, lll; grandchildren, Teal Steffen, Brandon Bradley, Katie Bradley, and Benny Bradley; daughter-in-law, Karen D'Uva. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben R. Bradley, Jr and a son, Robert Bradley.
