Lora Elois Payne Powell's Obituary
Lora Elois Payne Powell, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Butler County. She was born January 15, 1965 in Brunswick, GA and resided in Irvington most of her life. She was preceded in death by her father, Lt. Col. (Ret) Jimmy A Payne, USMC. She is survived by her mother, Tommie Major, children, Lily and Cass Powell, sister Lisa (Blake) Westerterp, extended family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 5 to 7 pm at Serenity Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home on Friday, September 23, 2016 at 12 noon. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
