Lloyd Darby, age 86, passed away on Friday August 1, 2014. He was a faithful member of Bayou La Batre Church of God. He was preceded in death by his wife Audrey Darby, parents Sidney and Emma Darby, and 3 brothers. He is survived by his children, Pamela (Danny) Mallory, Charlotte (Mike) Foutz, Iva (Andy) Zirlott, Shana (David) Bryars, grandchildren Michael Lloyd (Sandi) Foutz, Tara Foutz Hopper, Christie Mallory (Todd) Watson, Andi Lynn Zirlott (Chris) Williams, Steven Ewalt (April) Foutz, Darbi Zirlott (Christian) Russell, Kirbi Zirlott (Brandon) Johnson, Brittany Bryars (Wayne) Boyd, Lauren Mallory (Aaron) Blackwell and Courtney Bryars (Kevin) Neece, 21 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, that special daughter, son, granddaughter and grandson (you know who you are), his four-legged son Basil, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.Visitation will be held Monday August 4 from 5 pm to 8 pm at Bayou La Batre Church of God on Argyle Rd. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday August 5, family will receive friends from 12 noon until the service begins at 1 pm also at Bayou La Batre Church of God on Argyle Rd. Interment will be in Oddfellow Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bayou La Batre Church of God Youth and Children Ministries.
