KATHLEEN-
Lisa Langston Morath, 52, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 25, 2014. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home in Perry. Interment will be private. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday, October 29, 2014, from 4:00 until 5:00 p.m., the hour immediately preceding the service, at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home.
Born in Warner Robins, Lisa lived most of her life in Perry. Always a homemaker, she enjoyed creating a loving environment for her family, whom she loved very much. Her greatest treasures were her children and grandchildren. Lisa had a servant's heart and enjoyed serving her family, friends, and people she met while a waitress at New Perry Hotel and at Angelina's Italian Restaurant. She had many, many friends and will be dearly missed by them all. She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Leverette Langston, and her precious daughter, Victoria "Sissy" Morath.
Left to cherish the memories of Lisa are her loving husband of over 34 years, John Morath of Kathleen; her children, Tripp Morath (Audrey) of Perry, and Andy Langston (Crystal) of Centerville; her siblings, Kim Kersey (Larry) of Perry, Ginger Morris of Warner Robins, Bubba Langston and David Langston (Renee), both of Perry, and Paul Langston (Sonya) of Florida; 8 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and a whole bunch more extended family members.
Condolences may be left for the family in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com. Watson-Hunt Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
