Linda Thompson Brychcy, 62, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 1, 2015.
A Celebration of Her Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, May 3, 2015 at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. The family suggests contributions to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 950 West Farris Road, Greenville, S.C. 29605.
Linda was born in Rochester, New York, and was the daughter of the late Adam and Elizabeth Dunn Thompson. She grew up in upstate New York and was a graduate of Nazareth Academy in Rochester. As a devoted Air Force wife, she traveled with her husband, Col (Ret) Richard Brychcy in many places during his Air Force career. She had lived in Perry since 1999.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Col (Ret) Richard Brychcy of Perry; daughters, Megan Sweat (Daniel) of Perry and Stefanie Rubino (Matt) of CT.; beloved grandchildren, Landon and Logan Sweat; siblings, Grace McKeon (Dan) of Fernley, NV, Tim Thompson of Rochester, NY, and Jean Thompson.
