LINDA HARRIS LYNCH's Obituary
HAYNESVILLE –
Linda Ann Harris Lynch, 73, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 16, 2022. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. at Houston Lake Baptist Church in Perry. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a memorial contribution to Alzheimer’s Association, 886 Mulberry Street, Macon, GA 31201, or Houston Lake Baptist Church, 2300 Hwy 127, Perry, GA 31069.
Linda was born and raised in Valdosta and graduated from Valdosta High School in 1966. She was a homemaker. She was a longtime member of Houston Lake Baptist Church where she taught the College and Career Sunday School Class for several years and was currently a member of the Prayer Warriors Sunday School Class. Linda and her family were owners/operators of Lynco Home Entertainment in Perry for many years before she retired.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Brinson and Lillian Hughes Harris; her loving and devoted husband of nearly fifty years, Larry Lynch; and a brother, Rev. Lamar Harris.
Left to cherish the memories they made with Linda are her sons, John Lynch of Perry and Robert Lynch (Kellie) of Waycross; her granddaughter, Katie Drake; her siblings, Leonard Harris (Pat) of Madison, Florida, and Lynne Futch of Haynesville; her sister-in-law, Betsy Harris of Canton; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and her fur baby, Tucker.
