Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. Cross Point Baptist Church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to St. Patrick Catholic Church, 2410 GA Hwy 17, Perry, GA 31069, or Cross Point Baptist Church, 645 Perry Parkway, Perry, GA 31069. Leo was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, to the late Leo William Keily and the late Mary Magdalene Kowalsky Keily. He worked in Executive Management with Agastat Industrials, the company that patented and made the reflectors we all see separating lanes on highways. After over 30 years of service with Agastat, Leo retired and began his own plumbing business, of which he was very knowledgeable. He was involved in his community through the years, active in the Elk Club, and was selected as Elk Club Man of the Year two different times. Travel was his life long journey, and he actually traveled across the United States 3 times. After retirement, Leo relocated from New Jersey to West Palm Beach, Florida. He came to Perry with the FMCA, Family Motor Coach Association, in 1996 as part of the motor coach rally. At that time, he met the "apple of his eye", married her, and remained in Perry, building a wonderful life with his wife and family. Left to cherish the memories of Leo are his loving wife of 19 years, Martha Keily; 7 children, Ricky and Jackie Whiddon, Pat and Nancy Whiddon, Mike Whiddon, David and Lynn Whiddon, Chelle and Greg Denton, Sandy and Argene Claxton, and Jeff and Penny Whiddon, all of Perry; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.Condolences for the family may be left in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com. Watson-Hunt Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
