Leila Elizabeth Horn's Obituary
Leila Elizabeth Clark Horn, age 90, a native of Pecan, MS and a longtime resident of Grand Bay, AL went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 10, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Mr. James Ralph Horn, son, Sanford Horn, 2 grandsons, Bart and Chris, great granddaughter, Courtney. She is survived by her children, Douglas (Debbie) Horn, James (Aimee) Horn, Deborah H. (Ronald) Conway, Philip Horn, daughter in law, Joyce Horn, 2 sisters, Christine Faciane, Rita Tapper, grandchildren, Donna, Jon, Hanson, Lara, Craig, Tim, Keith, Kim, Tammy, Christa, Amanda, Abra, Jim, Tom, 19 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Private services with the family were held officiated by her grandsons, Tim and Craig Horn. Pallbearers were:(grandsons) Jon Horn, Hanson Horn, Tom Horn, Jim Horn, Jackson Horn, and Keith Thornton. With interment next to her husband in Oddfellow Cemetery in Bayou La Batre, AL. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mrs. Horn’s caregivers, Barbara Demouey, Vicky Dixon, and Brenda Williamson for their love and devotion to Momma for many years, also thank you to Grand Bay Convalescent Center. Memorial donations may be made to Grand Bay United Methodist Church, Grand Bay, AL in memory of Mrs. Horn.
