Larry was a mighty fine man who loved his God, family and country. Lifting each of you up in prayer and love.
Larry was much appreciated for his outstanding public service and dedication to family and friends. He also had a strong love of the outdoors and was the driving force that helped establish the Flat Creek Public Fishing area, just outside of Perry. Larry and a dedicated group of supporters meet over many years to plan for the PFA and it finally became a reality due to Larry’s stewardship. Thank you Larry! His family is in my thoughts and prayers. John Trussell
Larry Walker was a Georgia legend. It was my honor to serve with him in the Georgia House and to have Larry as a columnist for many years with our James Magazine. He will be greatly missed. Much love to his wonderful family. Matt Towery
Linda I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Larry . I have so many fond memories of him and your family 🙏💙.
My deepest condolence to the Walker family

One of the finest men I ever knew. This former coastal legislator will always be grateful for a Middle George giant who took him under his wing, showed him the ropes, and proved to be an invaluable friend.
The entire state of Georgia owes a great debt to Larry Walker.
Tender mercies on family, loved ones and friends.
Rest well, Mr. Leader.
