Mrs. Laura Page's Obituary
Mrs. Laura McClendon Page, born February 14, 1926, a longtime resident of Mobile, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Mrs. Page received her Master's Degree from The University of South Alabama and went on to teach at Morningside Elementary and Hollinger's Island Elementary Schools for second and third grade. She taught in Mobile County for over 40 years. She volunteered at Bellingrath Gardens, Fort Conde, and the Mobile Welcome Center for many years. She loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Mr. Quinton L. Page.She is survived by her daughter Sara Page McNealy, granddaughter Jessica McNealy Vickery, nephew John Page, great-grandson Noah Miles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.A visitation for Mrs. Page will be held Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Serenity Funeral Home from 10:30 am to 12 noon. Services will follow at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel. She will be laid to rest in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
