Larry and i worked together for years at Armstrong. He was truly a good guy and a gentleman a good union member and a pleasure to be around.He had a extremely funny dry wit about him. His two favorite things to talk about were his family and Alabama football. I visited with him at his home in January and he never mentioned his illness so i was shocked to hear of his passing. He was my friend and i will miss him. Pat and his entire family are in our prayers.
Larry and I have not seen each other for a number of years, with me living in Chicago, but I have thought of him often. I will always cherish him being my best friend growing up, attending Prichard Junior and Vigor High, playing tennis at his parent's house, and allowing me to be a part of his family for so many years. Mine and Linda's thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.
