Laura and family, I am so sorry for your loss. May God wrap his arms around you. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Kristen was a bubbling mommy. I had morning duty with her in the cafeteria at Mary B. Austin School. She always talked about her baby boy. She was constantly bragging about him and shared all of those first milestones with me. I will miss her deeply. She was a sweet, sweet young lady. She was proud of her family and loved her job, teaching music. May the Lord keep her in His hands and help the family, especially her husband, through these difficult times. God bless all of you.
Kristen was a precious friend and fellow teacher. I enjoyed her music classes so much that I chose to stay and learn with her and the students instead of doing other things. At lunch we would talk about her precious baby boy. He was the light of her life. I will miss her so very much.
We are so very sorry to Karl and the entire family for their loss. Sending up prayers during your time of grief. Thomas Rogers and family
Kristen was a student of mine. She was everything that you would want a student to be-hard working, dedicated, and respectful. We would often chit chat about the Saints football games. I pray that her family can find some sense of peace. She was taken too soon because her light was too bright. God Bless
Kristen and I were classmates at Theodore High School. We had practically every class together; she was one of my first friends. I have many great memories. One that stands out is from our freshman year. I had never been in band and was new to the clarinet. I was so nervous about playing, and I don't think I would've passed off my music the first time without her. In fact, I don't think I would've made symphonic band freshman year without her. Kristen was a truly gifted musician, and I learned a lot from her. She will be missed.
