She graduated from Hanahan High School in Hanahan, South Carolina, in 1992, and attended Trident Technical College in North Charleston, South Carolina. She moved to Norfolk, Virginia, in 1993, where she met her beloved husband and best friend, Sean R. Clemons. They were married in 1993. After living in Norfolk for two years, Kimberly and Sean moved to Montgomery, Alabama. While there, she attended Auburn University with hopes of becoming a Registered Nurse. She worked as a Paralegal for Ruston-Stakley Law Firm for over four years. After moving to Tallahassee, Florida, Kimberly worked in the Governor's Office doing Paralegal Work. Kimberly was strong-willed and sweet-spirited. She loved and gave with an abundant passion, flowing straight from the Lord. Through many physical hardships and burdens, she remained selfless and generous, worrying more for the emotions and well-being of others than herself. Kimberly was spunky, passionate, kind, strong, and, above all, fiercely loyal to her God. God used her hardships to speak truth into the lives of others. Her strength and perseverance were inspiring and, through her, many souls were brought into the Kingdom of God. Kimberly was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Flora and Frank Smith; her maternal grandparents, Clara and L.D. Mustin, Sr.; and a great-nephew, Andrew Calloway.Left to cherish the memories of Kimberly are her loving and devoted husband of 24 years, Sean R. Clemons; her daughter, Shelby Clemons Bandy (Danny); her granddaughter, Aleaj Bandy; her mother, Patricia M. Smith; her parents, Jim and Patsy Smith; her sisters, Andrea Smith and Monica Smith Hailey (John); her brothers, Nick Smith, Charlie Smith, and Justin McKenzie (Amber); a host of nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces; and countless Brothers and Sisters in Christ.Condolences for the family may be left in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com.
