Khamphong "Rick" Ouisy, age 58, a native of Laos and a resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2016. Visitation will be on Sunday, November 13, 2016 from 1 to 5 pm at Serenity Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held in Serenity Event Center on Monday, November 14, 2016 from 1 to 3 pm.
