Karl Henry Windle's Obituary
FT. VALLEY-
Karl Henry Windle, 72, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013, after a brief illness. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 26, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home in Perry. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests contributions to Heart of Georgia Hospice Inpatient Care, 1120 Morningside Drive, Perry, GA 31069.
Mr. Windle was born in Forrest, Ohio, to the late Roy and Inez Flowers Windle. He proudly served our country in the U. S. Navy. He had lived in the Middle Georgia area for the last 20 years, having moved here from Ohio. Mr. Windle was a devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a Christian, and he enjoyed fishing. A hard-working man, he was a retired machinist and a "general handyman" who would lend a helping hand whenever needed.
Left to cherish the memories of Mr. Windle are his loving son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Kim Windle of Macon; his grandchildren, Brittany Windle of Brunswick and Terry Windle of Jacksonville, Florida; his great-grandson, Brayden Windle; his sister, Marcella Woodard of Kenton, Ohio; his brother, Earl Windle of Findlay, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Condolences may be left for the family in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com.
