Joycelyn Lolita Catlin, age 59, a resident of Decatur, GA passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2016. Funeral service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at 2 pm with visitation starting at 12 noon until service time. Interment will be in Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.
