Joyce Elaine Davis' Obituary
Joyce Elaine Davis, age 55, a native of Mobile, AL and a longtime resident of Eight Mile, AL passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Strahan. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Rev. Alvin Davis, daughters, Jessica Maloy and Miranda Barnes, grandson, Derek Miller, mother, Joyce Strahan Lane, sisters, (twin sister) Nadine Weatherly, Myra Williams and Thea Martinez, brother, Farrell Strahan, special Aunts, Hazel Young and Gloria Norris, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Friday, March 14, 2014 from 5 pm until 8 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel at Serenity on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 2 pm. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.Arrangements under the direction of Serenity Funeral Home, Theodore, AL.
