I am so sad by the news of Colten's passing. My heart cannot comprehend the pain you and your family are feeling. I pray that God gives you the peace that only He can give. May His love cover you and the memories become sweeter as the days go by. God Bless you and your precious family.

I offer mine and Donna's heartfelt sympathy to the entire Winkler f.amily. It is extremely difficult to lose someone who has so much life ahead of them. May he rest in peace.
Our sympathy goes out to the Winkler family. We, (the LST 1159 US Navy Crew) will always remember how happy he was with that big smile on his face. We will never forget him.
