Joseph William Grice's Obituary
Joseph William “Jody” Grice, age 51, a lifelong resident of Mobile area passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2014. He was a lifetime member of Experimental Aircraft Association, Stearman Restorers Association, Quiet Birdmen, Caterpillar Club, Avid Pilot, State Champ Softball Player, and a darn good singer. He is survived by his parents, Peggy and Hillery Grice, daughter, Hailee Grice (Jeremy) Butts, step daughters, Stephanie (Johnny) Dunn and Kelly (Chris) McNeil, granddaughter, Bailey Butts, 6 step grandchildren, sister, Kim Grice Welton, brothers, Robby (Angela) Grice and Phillip (Lisa) Grice, the love of his life, his fiancé, Angela Hamilton Lowe, nieces, nephews, his dog and faithful companion, Brodie, other relatives and many friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2014 from 10 to 12 noon at Magnolia Springs Baptist Church in Theodore, AL. In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations be made to the American Cancer Society or your favorite charity in Mr. Grice’s name.
