John Dale Kirk Sr.'s Obituary
John Dale Kirk Sr., age 84, a native of Winfield, AL and a longtime resident of Theodore, AL passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2015. He was owner and operator of Kirk’s 66 and U-Haul since 1957. He was preceded in death by his son, Walter Louis Kirk. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Jeanninne Garrett Kirk, son, Johnny (Brenda) Kirk, other relatives and many friends. He will be sadly missed by his relatives and friends, Linda Merritt, David and Misti Wakefield, Alexis and Landon Weaver, Haden Holifield, Brandy and Hannah Holcombe, and Tommy House. Visitation will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 from 1 pm until 2 pm. Graveside service will be held in Mobile Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 2 pm.
