Joan Lewis Chaffee, age 84, a resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2015. She is survived by her children, Elizabeth Scott and Dee Garvin, 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. A memorial service will be at a later date.
