Jimmy Harold Powell's Obituary
Jimmy H. Powell, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. A native of Cartersville, GA and a resident of Mobile, AL, Mr. Powell was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Kay M. Powell of Lindale, GA; son, Jim (Carrie) Powell; daughter, Mary Elizabeth (David) Civitelli; grandchildren, Amanda Powell, Jonathan Civitelli, Caren Civitelli, Connor Powell and Mary Ashlynn Civitelli; sister, Cindy (Jimmy) Allred. Memorial service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 12 noon with visitation from 10 am until service time. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Cancer Society, Alzheimer’s Association or www.gofundme.com/onmdkw.
