I enjoyed spending time with Jim through my friendship with Susan. He had a wonderfully dry sense of humor, always appreciated a good meal, and loved sharing stories about his time in the military and civil service. I am glad that I met Jim and will remember him fondly.
Jim and Pat Madison were valuable volunteers in the Miller-Murphy-Howard Home Arts and Fine Arts at the Georgia National Fair for a number of years. It was a real pleasure to work with them and to get to know them. I will remember them with fondness.
