Jerry Elton Spires' Obituary
Jerry Elton Spires, 43, entered into eternal peace on February, 12, 2013, at his home after a long fight against cancer. Visitation will be on Friday, February 15, 2013, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Crosspoint Baptist Church in Perry. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. also at Crosspoint Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests donations in Jerry's memory to the Houston County Relay for Life Team, "God is in Control", c/o Crosspoint Baptist Church, 645 Perry Parkway, Perry, GA 31069.
Jerry was a strong and faithful servant of God and loved by many including his wife Audrey; his children, Josh, Cassondra, Brittany, and Triston; his parents, Janet & Jimmy Faircloth of Macon, and Rayford & Emmajean Spires of Eastman; and his siblings, Kim Horton (Michael), Jeannie Burney (Dwayne), and Russell Spires (Katie).
