Our families go back many generations with our maternal Grandmother being best friends with "Miss" Connell, our mother (Joyce Jones) being best friends with "Miss" Jeanne and my almost life-long friendship with Melanie McDonald. It is with great sadness I learn of the passing of "Miss" Jeanne. She was such a wonderful teacher who truly changed the lives of so many students. Always there with a kind, compassionate, loving hand to assist those who had for whatever reason(s) been left behind. Thinking of Melanie and the family left to pick up the pieces after the devastating loss of a Mother. Know that we are sending love, heartfelt condolences, peaceful and healing energy as you begin this journey. Melanie held my hand through my own Mother's funeral. I'm sorry I am not there to do the same for you. I encourage you to lean on family and close friends and know you are being held closely in my heart. I'm so very sorry for your loss.
