Age 80, a resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2016. He is survived by his children, Debbie (David) Stapleton and Vicky (Michael) Shavers, 7 grandsons, David, Daniel, Dallas, Derek, Darren, John Michael, Joshua, 4 great grandchildren, Ava, Anna Leah, Anna Kelly, Ansley, 6 siblings, Rev. Alvin Loper, Rev. John Loper, Jerry Loper, Judy Tindol, Lena Jenkins, Elaine Dewrell, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 11 am with visitation from 10 am until service time. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
