Jacob Robert Moore's Obituary
Jacob Robert Moore, age 28, a resident of Grand Bay, AL passed away on Friday, February 26, 2016. He is survived by his parents, Robert and Dorothy Moore, sisters, Jessica Moore Rapier, Justine Moore Cunningham, Jolene Moore Godwin, Jacqueline Moore Sullivan, brother, Joshua Isaac Moore, 6 nieces, 5 nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 2 pm with visitation starting at 12 pm until service time. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Gardens.Jacob will be greatly missed but we have great comfort that he is with Jesus. Last March Jacob recognized his need for a savior and repented of his sins and was baptized. I think if Jake could talk to us now he would tell of the greatness and glory of the Lord he is now experiencing first hand. In Genesis 5:24 it says "Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him." I believe that the Lord took Jacob home and he is now in the presence of the Almighty singing His praises with great joy! Our prayer is that through the loss of this wonderful man many would come to know and experience the fullness of God. Romans 8:28 says "And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose."
