Jackie Hammond Horn, 55, passed away from injuries received in an automobile wreck.
A Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 15 at the Hendenson Baptist Church in Henderson, Georgia.
Jackie was born in Ft. Worth, Texas and was the daughter of the late Bob Hammond.
Jackie has resided in Elko for a short while moving from Texas to be near her daughter.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Molly Bembry, Matthew Horn, Mason Green, and Natasha Wilson; mother, Janice Lyon Hammond.
