Holly Ann Hartley, 40, passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, surrounded by her family. The family will visit with friends on Saturday, June 23, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary at Perry United Methodist Church with the Memorial Service immediately following at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Perry United Methodist Church – Missions Fund, 1002 Carroll Street, Perry, GA 31069. Holly was born in Macon and grew up in Perry, where she graduated from The Westfield School in 1996. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Georgia Southwestern State University. Holly enjoyed her job as a nurse with Houston Healthcare Complex. Holly had a passion for dogs, especially Cowboy and Buddy. Left to cherish the memories of Holly are her loving and devoted parents, Donald and Carol Hartley of Perry; her brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Betsy Pittard Hartley; her nephew, Harper Hartley; and a host of other extended family members.
