Henry A. Kovac, 71, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2015. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. Interment will be on Tuesday, July 14, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. in Reunion Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Crawford County. The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to The Wounded Warrior Project.
He was born in Houston County to the late Anton and Sara Elizabeth Atkinson Kovac. A graduate of Perry High School, he was a brick mason most of his life. He was predeceased by his wife, Dawn Kovac; his daughter, Christy Kovac; his brother, Gene Kovac; and his sister, Lucille Kovac Peyton.
Left to cherish the memories of Henry are several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
