PERRY –
Helma Fabian Miller Stubbs, 73, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 7, 2021, at her home. Services will be on Thursday, June 10, 2021, at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home with the Visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. and the Funeral starting at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Helma was born in Germany on June 30, 1947, to the late Werner Arthur Johannes Fabian and the late Elsbeth Ottile Weigelt Fabian. She moved to America in the early 1960’s. Helma was a self-taught American, learning to speak, read, and live in the United States. She was a homemaker all of her life and enjoyed crocheting. Helma was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and two sisters; and her loving husband of thirty years, Bronnie Stubbs.
Survivors include many friends and neighbors in Perry; and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members in Germany.
