Helen Roberts Dixon's Obituary
Mrs. Helen Roberts Dixon, born May 26, 1940, passed at the age of 74 on Friday, March 13, 2015. She was a loving wife and mother and an all-around wonderful lady who will be sorely missed.She was preceded in death by her former husband, Donald Leon Dixon, mother Lena Miles, father James M. Roberts, brothers David, Johnny, and James, and sister Marie.She is survived by her husband Marvin McGill, Sr., son Michael Leon Dixon, Sr., daughter-in-law Julia Dixon, daughter Elizabeth Ann Strom, sister Ruth, brother Danny Ray, grandchildren Tammie Brown, Tabitha Clark, Tanya Dixon, Michael Dixon II, Troy Strom, and Kevin Strom, 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.Visitation will be Friday, March 20, 2015 from 5-8pm at Serenity Funeral Home. Services will be Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 2pm at Serenity, with interment following at Serenity Memorial Gardens.
