HAZEL ETHRIDGE BALDREE's Obituary
PERRY –
Hazel Ethridge Baldree, 78, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 25, 2020, after an extended illness. A Memorial Service will be held at Houston Lake Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2020, celebrating the life of Hazel. All are welcome to attend. PLEASE NOTE THE NEW SERVICE TIMES
Hazel was born in Ray City, Georgia, to the late Hansel and Maudell Wheeler Ethridge. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who cherished every moment spent with her beloved children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. When she was able, she enjoyed attending services at Houston Lake Baptist Church, where she was a member. She also enjoyed landscape painting, a good game of cards, and time spent in conversation over a good meal.
Hazel was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Earline Gandy; her husband, Gene Baldree; and her former spouse and father of her children, Ron Busching.
Left to cherish the memories of Hazel are her children, Crystal Cross (Neil), Della Alcorn (Joe), and Lisa McKnight (Nate), all of Perry, and Keith Busching of Kathleen; her grandchildren, Melissa Vogel, Robbie Alcorn, and Brandon Busching; six great-grandchildren; her sister, Geraldine Moser (Ray); her brother, Eugene Ethridge; and several nieces and nephews.
Condolences for the family may be left in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com. Watson-Hunt Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
