Grady Michael Hayes' Obituary
BONAIRE-
Grady Michael Hayes, the infant son of Michael and Kelli Harper Hayes, was born and passed away on Friday, June 12, 2015. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. at Cross Point Baptist Church in Perry. Interment will be in Perry Memorial Gardens immediately following the service. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. in the sanctuary at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to Global Genes, a rare disease patient advocacy organization, www.globalgenes.org/give or Cross Point Baptist Church, Impact Fund, 645 Perry Parkway, Perry, Georgia 31069.
Grady is survived by his parents, Michael and Kelli Harper Hayes; his brother, Slater Hayes; his sister, Mykelyn Hayes; his paternal grandparents, Steven and Sue Hayes; and his maternal grandparents, Kevin and Angie Powell.
