Georgia Revell's Obituary
Georgia Revell, 82, passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018. Visitation will be Thursday, April 5, 2018, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Watson-Hunt Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at Bread of Life Church of God, 244 Barker Road (off 247 Connector W), Byron, Georgia. Interment, also on Friday, will be in Brushy Creek Cemetery, 454 Brushy Creek Rd, Ocilla, Georgia, where she will be laid to rest beside her late husband.Mrs. Revell was born in Ocilla to the late Jim and Lelar Graham Melton. She was a plastic Specialist with Civil Service at Robins Air Force Base for over 20 years. She was a member of Haynesville Church of God. She loved the Lord and treasured every moment spent with her family. Mrs. Revell was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 46 years, James Kenneth Revell. Left to cherish the memories of their Mama are her loving and devoted children, Jamie O’Conner (Doc) of Edgewater, MD, Rev. Jimmy Revell (Mary) of Haynesville, David Revell of Perry, Norma Jean Adams (Charlie) of Roberta, Jeff Revell (Susan) of Perry, and Michelle Grantham of Kathleen. Her sister, Betty Jean Meadows of Fitzgerald; 18 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren also survive. Condolences for the family may be left in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com.
