Garry Edward Presley's Obituary
PERRY-
Garry Edward Presley, 65, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2015, after an extended illness. Funeral Services will be private.
Mr. Presley grew up in Kentucky, where he graduated from high school. Upon graduation, he joined the U.S. Army. After proudly serving our country, he worked in the construction business. Later he moved to Griffin, Georgia, and opened his own roofing and construction business, Ace Roofing, which he owned and operated for over 20 years. After 9/11/2001, many businesses were forced to close, including Ace Roofing. He then began driving an over-the-road truck, traveling all over the United States, which he did for several years. Garry moved to Perry 4 years ago to be with his daughter, Pamela.
Left to cherish the memories of Garry are his children, Pam Presley of Perry, Brian Presley of Mt. Vernon, KY, April Presley of Lake City, FL, and Christy Barrett of Alaska; and 3 grandchildren, Abigail Harrell, Marcus Harrell, and Allison Harrell.
Condolences for the family may be left in the online guestbook at www.watsonhunt.com. Watson-Hunt Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
