Freddie Thomas Duval's Obituary
Age 54, a resident of Bayou La Batre, AL passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a captain of 37 years and none better. He was a member of the Evangelical Methodist Church and also the Church of Christ on Hemley Rd. He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred T. Duval, Poppa and Mameme. He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Shannon Wescovich Duval; son, Trey (Taylor Roebuck) Vining; 1 grandson, Baby Dale Vining; mother, Esther Lou Duval; 1 brother, Douglas (Mistie) Duval; 2 sisters, Suzanne Harrison and Lisa Duval; 8 nephews, Ryan Harrison, Adam Harrison, Nicholas Bates, David Duval, Andrew Duval, Jason Duval, Caleb Duval, Andrew Thompson; 1 very special niece, Jacqualyn Brannon, 2 nieces, Courtney Duval and Ashley Purdum, 3 great nephews, Tristen Brannon, A.J. Brannon and Nathan Bates, 2 great nieces, Brianna Brannon and Alaina Purdum, other relatives and many friends. In lieu of flower donation may be made to Hemley Rd. Church of Christ. Funeral service will be held at First Evangelical Methodist Church on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 2 pm with visitation from 12 noon until service time. Interment will be in St. Michael's Cemetery.
