Fred Gerald Kinard's Obituary
Fred Gerald Kinard, 73, passed away December 28, 2014 at the Gulf Coast VA Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy David, Sr. and Grace Kinard. He is survived by his devoted wife, Marilyn of 28 years & his children, Rachel Short, Karen Finder, Cindy Johnson, Bobby Bolton, and seven grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings: Roy David, Jr. (Sonny) Kinard, Arlene Eddins, Elizabeth Lane, Nancy Smith, Johnny Kinard, Thomas Kinard, James Kinard, and Judy Terrill. Fred was a United States Army Veteran who served 3 tours in Vietnam. He proudly served for 23 years and retired as a Sergeant Major in 1987. He was a member of Theodore United Methodist Church. He loved his family, he loved to fish and he loved to make us laugh.
