Franklin Sidney Derwin Sr.'s Obituary
Franklin “Frankie” Sidney Derwin Sr., age 58, a lifelong resident of Bayou La Batre, AL passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2015 surrounded by many family and friends at 9:25 am. He was preceded in death by his father, Adam Derwin, wife, Claudia Faye Derwin, nephew, Joseph Adam Derwin. He is survived by his mother, Bertha Derwin Davis “Sissy”, step father, Clarence Davis “Pudeye”, children, Franklin Sidney (Irene) Jr., Brandy Rose (Charlie) Derwin, Henry Emile (Autumn) Derwin, children’s mother and his caregiver, Susan Derwin Wise, siblings, Allen (Jeannie) Derwin, Debra (Jacky) Long, Marie (Keith) Wickel, 7 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He will be greatly missed by numerous family and friends. In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be sent to American Heart Associates in his name. Memorial service will be at a later date.
