I knew Frank when we were youngsters in Pittsburg, KS. His sister, Marianna, was a classmate of mine. I didn't learn just how much he had accomplished during his life until his passing when I read his obituary. I remember he was proud of his sisters and loved them, as I did mine. Frank Shelton was generous and beloved by many. He helped make a difference in our lives on many occasions. Words can not possibly convey the amazing impact he had upon each of us. To know Frank was to love him. He had a beautiful spirit and a gracious heart. He also possessed a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed nothing more than to see joy upon other's faces. At one Christmas dinner all he wanted to see was a video of everyone dancing and having fun as he could not be present himself. Thank God for such a beautiful man and may his legacy endure.
