FRANCOIS ONE RUBIO's Obituary
PERRY, GA –
Francois One Rubio, 15, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at her home. Services will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at St. Patrick Catholic Church. The Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m., and the Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 4:00 p.m. A private inurnment will be held in Perry Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions to St. Patrick Catholic Church, 2410 GA Hwy 127, Kathleen, GA 31047.
Francois was born in the Philippines on October 15, 2008. She moved with her family to North Carolina in 2022 and had lived in Perry since July 2023. Francois was smart and applied herself in school. She was on the Honor Roll in middle school and was currently an Honor Roll student at Perry High School where she was in the 10th grade. She had aspirations of going to college and becoming a doctor in the future. Most of her life, Francois could always be heard humming or singing, which she loved to do. She shared her musical talent with everyone by singing with the Chorus at Perry High School and the Choir at St. Patrick Catholic Church, where she was a member and was actively involved in the Youth Group. A talented young lady, Francois also enjoyed playing the guitar, playing the ukulele, and drawing. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her parents, Ellis and Ana Mae Mulkey of Perry; her little brother, Elian Rubio Mulkey of Perry; her grandparents, Armando Rubio and Annabelle Sy of the Philippines; several aunts and uncles; and many cousins.
