Evelyn Edwards Kelly, 82, passed away on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at the Heart of Georgia Inpatient Care Unit. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Christ's Sanctified Holy Church with interment in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday at the campground.
Mrs. Kelly was the daughter of the late Joe and Rebecca (Boyce) Edwards and was born in Columbia, South Carolina. She had lived on the campground for five years moving from Charleston, South Carolina where she moved after marrying Charles Kelly in Albany, Georgia
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 59 years, Charles W. Kelly of Perry; sister, Gail Harris of Marlton, New Jersey, sister- in- law, LaWanna Welch of Perry; nieces and nephew, Glenn Copeland (Anita), Barbara Bedwell (Eddie) both of Raleigh, North Carolina, Faith Gay of New York.
She was preceded in death by a son, John M. Kelly and a sister, Dot Gay.
