Elsie was a "true pioneer" in the Georgia Association for Primary Health Care. She believed in and loved the Community Health Center movement. The word "no" was not received very well by Elsie and it is for that reason the state of Georgia map is colorful and now more than ever filled with CHC's that provide top quaility health care.I will always love and thank you Elise for being a part of my life and Tri-County Health System, Inc.Rest in peace now Elsie. You are free from pain and worries. No one can ever fill your shoes. I am so thankful for you my sweet friend.
I dearly loved Elsie and will miss her so much, but I know she's in the place of the blessed and free of any illness. I'll continue to keep all of you in my prayers.
